All Itelyum companies are committed towards ensuring that their managed activities reflect their values, in the full belief that ethical conduct and business success stand side by side; they have therefore adopted a formalised Code of Ethics consistent with the Organisation, Management and Control Model required by Legislative Decree 231/01. In 2020, the Ethics Code was updated and re-approved by the Board of Directors, bringing it fully alongside the sector’s best practices; the text incorporates not only the key principles of ethics and conduct underpinning the unified governance model for all Group companies, according to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and incorporating the Global Compact’s 10 principles. The Ethics Code is an integral part of Itelyum’s relationship with its suppliers, who are required to sign up to its full acceptance and to behave accordingly.
